1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Fixture Swap Pros. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website and services.

2. Services Description

Fixture Swap Pros provides fixture replacement and installation services for residential properties, including but not limited to:

• Toilet replacement and installation
• Faucet installation (bathroom, kitchen, utility)
• Ceiling fan installation
• Light fixture and chandelier installation
• Shut-off valve replacement
• Garbage disposal installation
• Other fixture swap services as offered

Important: Our services are limited to fixture replacement on existing infrastructure. We do not perform new wiring, new plumbing runs, relocating fixtures, or major remodeling work.

3. Service Area

We provide services within a 15-mile radius of Horsham, PA 19044. Service availability may vary based on location. Please contact us to confirm service availability for your address.

4. Booking and Scheduling

When you book a service with us:

• You agree to provide accurate contact and service location information
• You must be the property owner or have authorization to request services
• Someone 18 years or older must be present during the scheduled service
• You are responsible for ensuring access to the service area

5. SMS/Text Message Communications

By opting in to text messages during the booking process, you consent to receive SMS messages from Fixture Swap Pros related to your service appointment, including:

• Booking confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Scheduling updates and changes
• Technician arrival notifications
• Service follow-ups and review requests

Message Frequency:Message frequency varies. You may receive 1–5 messages per booking.

Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

Opt-In: To resume text messages after opting out, reply START or contact us directly.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. Fixture Swap Pros does not charge for text messages, but your carrier may.

Consent Not Required: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services. You may book services by calling us directly at (267) 613-7927.

6. Deposits and Payment

• The deposit is applied to the total service cost
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of service
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at booking
• Prices quoted are estimates; final pricing may vary based on on-site conditions

7. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

8. On-Site Discovery Policy

Sometimes additional work is discovered during a service call (e.g., corroded pipes, damaged electrical boxes, code violations). In such cases:

• We will stop work and discuss the discovery with you
• We will provide options and pricing for additional work
• No additional work will be performed without your explicit approval
• If additional work is beyond our scope, we will recommend appropriate professionals

9. Customer-Supplied Fixtures

If you supply your own fixtures for installation:

• You are responsible for ensuring the fixture is complete and compatible
• We are not responsible for defects in customer-supplied fixtures
• Missing parts may result in rescheduling or additional charges
• We recommend having all fixtures on-site and inspected before the appointment

10. Disposal Services

Old fixture removal and disposal is available for an additional fee of $25–$50 depending on the item. This includes proper disposal in accordance with local regulations. Please request disposal service at the time of booking.

11. Warranty and Liability

Workmanship Warranty: We stand behind our work. If there is an issue with our installation within 30 days of service, we will return to correct it at no additional charge.

Fixture Warranty: Manufacturer warranties apply to fixtures. We do not provide separate warranties on the fixtures themselves.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by defective products, or issues beyond our control.

12. Licensing and Insurance

Fixture Swap Pros is a licensed and insured contractor in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. License Number: PA-147860. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

13. Website Use

By using our website, you agree:

• Not to use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not to interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• That all content on the website is our property or used with permission

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fixture Swap Pros or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

15. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding our services:

• Please contact us directly to resolve the issue
• We are committed to fair resolution of all customer concerns
• Any unresolved disputes will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Venue for any legal proceedings shall be Montgomery County, Pennsylvania

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fixture Swap Pros, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

17. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
