The plumbing or wiring is already there; we just take the old one out and put the new one in. We don't run new lines, move drains, or relocate fixtures.

We cover roughly a 15-mile radius around Horsham, PA (ZIP 19044) — most of Bucks and Montgomery counties, plus Chestnut Hill in Philadelphia. The booking flow checks your ZIP first, so if you're outside the line, we'll let you know up front instead of wasting your time.

How fast can you come out?

Same-day swaps are common when our calendar has room — book online and you'll see whatever is genuinely open today, tomorrow, or later this week. We schedule in 2-hour arrival windows and only show slots a tech can actually make. No bait-and-switch with phantom availability.

Do you work weekends?

Yes — limited Saturday and Sunday hours. The booking calendar shows whatever is genuinely open for those days. Same flat-rate pricing as weekdays.

What services do you actually offer?

Toilet swaps, kitchen and bathroom faucet replacements, garbage disposals, ceiling fans, chandeliers and pendants, light fixtures, exhaust fans, shower heads, outdoor lighting, TV wall mounts, and a handful of related cabinet/hardware items. Do you run new wiring or new plumbing lines?

No. We only work with wiring and plumbing that's already in the wall. If you need a new circuit run, a fixture moved across the room, or fresh supply lines pulled, you'll want a full-service electrician or plumber for that part. We can come in afterward and handle the swap once the rough-in is done.

Do you do repairs?

We replace, we don't repair. Leaks, drains, breakers, electrical troubleshooting, appliance diagnosis — those go to a plumber or electrician. If something's worn out and you're ready to replace it, that's our wheelhouse.

Do you do remodeling or new construction?

Accepted Answer

No. We're not a general contractor. If you're gutting a bathroom or building an addition, you need a GC. Once the new space is ready for fixtures, we can handle the swap-in.

Do you handle commercial properties?

We focus on residential homes. For commercial fixture work, we're not your best fit.

We stop, show you what we found, and talk through your options before doing any extra work. No surprise charges, no quiet upgrades on the invoice. If a swap turns out to need a plumber or electrician we don't keep on staff, we'll tell you straight and adjust.

Do I buy the fixture, or do you supply it?

Most customers buy their own — that way you pick exactly what you want, you can compare prices, and you take advantage of store warranties. We'll install whatever brand or style you choose. If you'd rather we pick it up from a local supplier on your behalf, we can do that for an additional pickup fee. Just let us know when you book.

What brands do you install?

Any brand you choose. We install everything from big-box brands to premium plumbing names like Kohler, Brizo, Newport Brass, and Waterworks, and high-end lighting like Visual Comfort, Generation Lighting, Capital Lighting, and others. If you bring it, we'll install it — assuming it's a residential fixture and the existing rough-in supports it.

Should the fixture be on-site before you arrive?

Ideally, yes. If you bought it yourself, please open the box and look it over for damage when it arrives. Catching a cracked porcelain bowl or a dented shade the day before lets you exchange it without losing your appointment. If we arrive and the fixture is damaged or unusable, the trip charge still applies — that's why the inspection step matters.

What if the new fixture is damaged in the box?

That's why we ask you to inspect it ahead of time — most retailers will exchange a damaged unit quickly if you catch it before installation day. If you discover damage the morning of, give us a call and we'll work with you on rescheduling. The trip fee may still apply if a tech is already en route.

Will my old fixture get hauled away?

Yes — haul-away is offered as an add-on on most services, and you can opt in when you book. We make sure the old unit gets disposed of properly. If you'd rather keep it (for a renter, donation, etc.), no problem — we'll just leave it where you want it.

How does your pricing work?

Flat rate per service. The price you see when you book is the price you pay. Add-ons like haul-away or high-ceiling work are separate line items, also flat-rate, also shown up front. No hourly meter, no nickel-and-diming if a swap takes a few extra minutes.

Is there a deposit?

For online bookings, yes — a 25% deposit holds your arrival window. The deposit applies to your final total, so you're not paying anything extra. For voice or chat bookings handled by Jessica, we don't take payment on the call; the office follows up about payment after the booking is created.

When do I pay the rest?

After the work is done. Once the tech finishes, cleans up, and walks you through the install, you settle the balance — card on file, card at the door, check, or cash. Whatever you set up at booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, ACH/bank transfer, check, and cash. The booking flow uses Stripe for cards. The tech can also collect a balance in the field.

What happens if I cancel or no-show?

Cancel ahead of time and we'll reschedule with no penalty — life happens. No-shows forfeit any deposit that was collected through the web flow, since we held the technician's window for you. Reach out as soon as you know and we'll work it out.

Occasionally we run coupons through specific channels — if you have a code, you can apply it during checkout. We don't run a constant 'sale' on top of the base rate; the flat-rate price is already the price.

Most fixture swaps land in the 30-to-90 minute range. Toilets and chandeliers take a bit longer; faucets and shower heads are quicker. We're in and out, no half-day project.

Do I need to be home?

Yes — an adult should be home so we can confirm what's being installed and walk through the finished work. If something unexpected comes up mid-job, you're the one we want to talk to before making decisions.
